What To Do With Photos When You Don't Know Who Is In Them

I am sure we all have come across a photo here or there that even though there may be something written on the back, you still have no clue who these people are. They must be important or your mother wouldn't have kept it but who are these people? Mother had passed many years ago so there is no way for me to ask her. This is how I handled this photo that I have no idea who these people are other than what information was written on the back. How they fit into the family or even if they are family members is a mystery. How do you handle your photos if you have no idea who the people are that are in them? Do you scrap them?
(Wouldn't it be great if we could do an "unknown blog hop" where we all show our scrapped pages (or other art) done with photos of people we need information on and one of the hoppers knows who the photo is of? Maybe something for me to think of for my next hop.)
